You know how sometimes you just need to rant a little bit to get something off your chest? Well, this is one of those times for me....
What kind of mean streak does it take to write your 21 year old daughter and ask if she would like to get together over the holidays (after not seeing her for nearly 10 years) and then get an enthusiastic email from her saying she would like that very much and then NOT EMAIL HER BACK? What the hell is wrong with you, dude? I mean, seriously.
Argh.

Ahh Lori - rant away! I feel your frustration in that one.
What is it with men that they just don't understand that by not following through on something, they are actually doing more damage than they would have, had they not suggested something in the first place.
Hope your daughter get's over this let down. Kids grow up & soon form their own opinions ;o)

Yep, Deb, I agree. Desiree does have her own opinions but she was willing to give him one more chance. I was skeptical but, you know, what can you do? She was pretty firm about that being the last chance so I guess we will see what happens...
